My experience was excellent. I went back for the 3rd time before referring my mother and daughter to make certain every visit went well. No long wait,... great vibe, and my husband is loving every look when I'm done. My hair is natural, i only do blowouts, and in between every visit my hair remains silky with lots of body/bounce to it. My coworkers give good remarks every time. I Love It, my stylist Samantha is great, and my daughter and mother was pleased as well.
