The compensation was going to b a free haircut. And I called the number u gave on file. I screen shotted the call. I can send it to u. And the aww shit reply was not expected to b on speaker phone which I will confront him about it. If anything that comment is evidence that I was pissed at myself and obviously at up being on speaker. And if u heard that. U could've also stated that u heard me tell him to tell u that I apologize. But we'll leave that part out. This is my last comment That was my fault I take responsibility for that. I told my boss to give u my apologies. I called to explain that I was moving. And possibly compensate for the mishaps. And no one answered. Thank God I have all 5 stars from the rest of my clients to verify my professionalism. Mistakes happens. No one exempt.
