I give her a one star would’ve gave a zero very unprofessional. Thought that my daughter didn’t understand Spanish and started to speak about me while... I called her to ask for a price!!! unfortunately will not be going back. I typically schedule my appointments with Veronica She is awesome Very patient and kind unlike Carmen.horrible customer service!!! Mrs:Carmen I’m not sure why you felt that you had to put another comment on Booksy . You call me that Friday and we already had discussed everything maybe it’s your guilty conscience it looks like your ego was more hurt than anything. When I spoke to you over the phone Friday I already discussed how unprofessional you was to speak about me after I got off the phone with you. It wasn’t a misunderstanding. You decided to speak about what I ask you over the phone and it was a simple question as to how much was my daughter going to be charged. And it doesn’t matter how many years you have in this industry serving clients you have lost your touch. To you I was just a client that you decided to talk about to your coworker and that is very unprofessional while my daughter sat there in the chair. Show more

I have been working in this industry for many many years and I pride myself in making sure that my costumers always leave this place happy and satisfied.
