      Deeper is a Sensual Dance & Movement class, that uses the Feminine Flowetry Method of slow, intentional, breath-flow movement. This brilliant fusion of Yoga, Pilates, erotic dance and breath-flow movement works DEEPER than traditional exercise to and transform your body. Going DEEP will not only strengthen and tone your body but it heals the connection to your body, it renews and transforms your mind, restores your confidence and changes your life!! DEEPER is a mat based sensual movement workout. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. THIS IS A BEGINNER CLASS however it can also be the perfect compliment to enhance your existing yoga, dance or pole dance practice. Join me for DEEPER!       UNWIND is a Sensual Yin Yoga class for women that improves flexibility, nourishes the joints, connective tissues and restores fascia, calms the mind and nervous system and promotes healthy breathing. UNWIND has one purpose only. To give your body the much needed rest, restoration and re-connection it needs.

    • PRIVATE SENSUAL MOVEMENT SESSIONS (Thu-Sun)

      Whether you're looking to increase your existing movement language or you're getting started on the cultivation of it, Private Movement Sessions are a great option. With focused individualized attention, posture correction assistance and time devoted to developing your own special language of movement. ** Private sessions are 60 MINUTES and are by appointment only. Semi-Private, Couple & Group sessions also available. **

    • SENSUAL-YIN THERAPY/Therapeutic Deep Stretch

      Sensual-Yin Therapy is a holistic healing deep stretch modality, blending the beautiful Yin Yoga, with sensual dance movement and breath-work. This is a 90 minute private deep stretch session. Sensual Yin on a physical level aims to increase circulation in the joints and awaken the body's stagnant sensual energy flow. This session is therapeutic in nature and is carefully structured. Every session consists of Breath-work and body check in, followed by a sequence of long-held passive floor Asanas (stretch positions), with main emphasis on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, low spine, neck and shoulders. The sessions complete with breath-flow movement, a resting Asana and space for reflection. SENSUAL-YIN Therapy will leave you feeling loose and delicious, relaxed and refreshed and ready to take on the world. Or at least the rest of your day, lol! ** SEMI-PRIVATE, GROUP AND CORPORATE SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE.

      Bring some spice to your next Ladies night in, Bachelorette party, Birthday bash or other special event. Sensual dance parties are fun and fierce. Each 3 hour party consists of a Sensual dance movement class (90 minutes) so you can learn the foundations of slow, sensual dance + You will learn a Smokin' Hot Choreography routine for the taking. * * * Your choice of Chair/Lap Dance, Floor-Play, Wall-Flow. Parties are by appointment only and are available for bookings Thursday - Sunday. If your date is outside of the dates listed special accommodations may be possible.

      I have been facilitating vision board workshops and parties for over six years and I am excited to help set you up right for your New Year! VISION BOARD PARTIES ARE A GREAT WAY TO HAVE A POSITIVE LADIES NIGHT-IN. Gather the girls and the wine for IGNITE!! A night of dreaming, goal and intention setting and getting fired up for welcoming the desires of your heart into your life. More than making a collage of pictures these parties create space for real powerful change.
