She (Stephanie) started out sweet but when I requested for her to replace some of the designs that fell off the SAME day I got my nails done, she bec...ame unprofessional. When I initially told her about it she was very willing to fix the issue once I returned from vacation. When I returned. its like she changed her mind. She ignored my texts, calls, and blocked me on IG. When she did text me back.. (her actual text) "Like I said ma'am I did my part in issuing the refund on the beads that fell".... The refund was 25 but the whole price was 156. So Stephanie pocketed 131 dollars while my nails look a hot ass mess! The matte coat is peeling, the rhinestones are falling off and the gold beads are completely gone and all of this is after 8 damn days!! I've gotten my nails done for 15 plus years and never paid this much or had problems this quickly. What made her even more unprofessional is when she offered (via text) to fix the problem and when it was time to uphold her words she completely dismissed it; like she never agreed to fixing my nails. I wish I could show a then and now photo then you'd really understand my frustration. Worst experience ever! If I could rate it a zero I'd give it a -5 and 2 thumbs way the hell down! Show more
