I highly recommend Kristelle and I will be a returning client! I booked smedium boho braids with curls on the ends and extra curls added throughout th...e style. I wanted my length longer than shoulder but shorter than mid-back, but those were listed on her booking site. When I arrived we discussed my preferences. Kristelle was extremely accommodating, gracious and professional. She allowed me to adjust the length to my preference, she let me explain how much curly hair I wanted added and where, and she told me how much the price difference would be upfront. We discussed it together and agreed on everything before she started. The entire experience was pleasant and professional. She braided my hair perfectly! It is neat, beautifully done, no tension, no pulling, not heavy, and looks even better than I imagined. I've gotten compliments by everyone who's seen it. I am constantly referring people to her Instagram for this style now. Her suite was nice and comfortable, her personality was down to earth, humble, friendly and kind. She was knowledgeable, professional and again VERY accommodating! 10/10 experience! Her booking site is very detailed as well.
