This was my 2nd visit. The 1st visit was from a referral and a picture from a friend of her cut. As i did not use the apply on line correctly, when I ...got there, the barber did not have my appointment. He did however, take me as a walk-in. I waited after 3 customers. I'm a senior and didnt feel like rescheduling and coming back across town. It was dark when I left. I made a 1:30 appointment for next visit, hoping to avoid school kids and working people, plus I had a evening appointment. I had 2 stops before the 1:30 appointment. While at my 1st stop, I checked my txt and saw a txt from barber wanting to reschedule. I called him, and he explained that there was a 4 hour gap in his schedule that he was trying to close.. I initally said ok and we agreed on a time. After doing 2 more stops, i had a 2 hr gap before barber appointment and there would b a rush for me to get across town for my 5:30 appointment and it would b dark. I called barber, explaining and after checking my schedule, texted him to come the next day at 3:00. He agreed. I arrived 2:55pm. He was not there. At 3:05 I txted him, stating I'm here. I, to this day, have not received a response. You have very strict guidelines about no show/no calls. What compensation do I get for my time wasted. We verbally talked and txt and he has not responded or shown up. I am a senior and try not to travel at night or heavy traffic. Show more

I went there only to discover their closed on Sundays. Despite the Booksy app and their website saying they're open on Sundays.
