TJay has refunded me for the service fees paid and therefore I am willingly changing this review since we’ve come to a resolution. I do not consider h...er to be a scam artist. Be sure you do not show your ID to any property of interest prior to moving forward with her and you SHOULD be fine. Best of luck!! This service is BS. I was initially guaranteed property approval only to end up declined and played for a fool. “Tjay” claimed I was declined due to showing my ID to the apartment community prior to working with her which is also BS. Apartment community explained to me how they verify and confirm application info. I do not wish to move forward with the service. And I regret the decision to work with the service against my first instincts. It’s a SCAM and I ended up having to pay more than what’s reflected in the service menu. I asked for my money back seeing as though I clearly wasn’t to move they her do called service and she declined stating she doesn’t offer any of her clients refunds unless she can’t find them a place. She seemed genuine but I feel it’s part of her plot. I refuse to risk going thru this again with her. Show more

Lol. You just sent me a apartment to do. And never said you felt this way. If I can’t get you approved I give a refund , all my clients know that. However , I’m not about to refund because you gave them information to refer back to your eviction ON YOUR OWNNN ! However , I rather you have your money back than assist you with a place to stay. Please meet me at your earliest convenience to get your money back . I won’t tolerate you acting as if I’ve been anything but helpful to you and your situation. GREAT DAY ! Update: I’m driving way to Mansfield to make sure she gets her money ... scams keep the money , never forget that 🙄😂 #HATERS
