Unprofessional. I would give less than a single star. I was looking forward to my appointment with Ms. Marks... after rebooking my previously schedule...d slot (canceled originally for a time conflict) my appointment was CONFIRMED for the same day. After arriving early to the “business” the door was locked. I rung a bell for 8 minutes, as I could see that there were children walking around inside. I called the number provided on Booksy 3 times leaving a single voicemail... I was not contacted back. After resulting to knocking for another 3 minutes a puzzled looking female answered. I was told that Ms. Marks no longer owned the business and they had no knowledge of my appointment there. Extremely disappointing...I rearranged other plans to make this appointment...I’ve added photos to provide proof to my comment. Show more
