James did a great job and really listened to my son. But when we got home my son admitted he was too shy to speak up and say that he wanted it a bit s...horter during the appointment. I called the next day and he fit him in immediately to fix it up for him! He reassured my shy guy that it was no problem at all, and he was happy to do it. My son loves his hair so much, and he love going to James. Show more

First time here. 5 stars for Rob. He gave me a great cut. Nice guy and awesome Fade. Major complaint is the shop is desperately in need of some clean...ing. There is old hair all over the place, including in the stair well when you enter the shop. There’s piles of hair which is just disgusting and gives you a bad vibe about the cleanliness of the place.
