My son and i arrived 30 minutes before his scheduled appointment. We ended up sitting for an hour and 37 minutes before she washed his hair. Once we l...eft i noticed he had white hair lotion visible in his hair and his hair was still wet. My mom sniffed his hair and said it didn't smell clean. I smelled his hair and agreed it didn't smell fresh. I called the stylist to inform her i wasn't pleased. She replied that's impossible for his hair to smell because she use professional products. And if it was wet it was because he didn't keep his head under the dryer. She also said if it was still white it was because it wasn't dry she said i could come back so he could get back under the dryer. I told her no I'll just rewash and twist his hair myself. After the call ended she sent me a text saying she would send me 30 of the 85 back. I was thankful to atleast get some of my money back but i will not be utilizing her services again. Show more
