Michelle was lovelyyyy and professional. I needed my hair done for my wedding and This was my first time in a stylist chair since I was in high school..., so I was nervous. But Michelle did so good, it’s beautiful, and I am very happy with the sew in with a closure she did for me. I also left with a bit more knowledge for future services. Would return. My hair started off super cute but 3 days after I noticed my real braids coming out of the butterfly braids. I reached out to her to see if she could ...fix it and I never received a response which is very unprofessional and why I am giving one star. This was a sloppy job and a waste of $80. Looking back at everything it seems like she was experimenting since these aren't requested a lot. I'm very disappointed especially after watching other videos of the hair being braided into the real hair. Not to mention no one using the curly hair she told me to get which wasn't stated in the description when booking either. Since this being my first time I didn't know any better but I think you should perfect the butterfly braids before doing them on clients hair. I had to take the fake hair out and improvise because I couldn't go out like that. Writing my review late because I didn't have time. This would not have happened after 3 DAYS if it was done correctly. So I disagree with your response. You lacked professionalism when you didn't respond back to my text. Show more

If you are interested in a style that will last longer, I recommend exploring options like sew Ins or Quick Weave, which have a track record of providing clients with longer-lasting results.
