I get it. We all have off days, but that shouldn’t be at the expense of the customer if you’re professional. She called me and rescheduled my appointm...ent. Then she had to rush and do my hair so she could make it to the dentist. Which meant I had to get a quicker style than I wanted and not what my appointment was booked for. Then she didn't tell me I needed to bring my own hair. I got my hair washed, cut and blown out the night before by another stylist. And the style is okay, nothing extraordinary really. Then I was still charged full price for the style I WOULD have gotten as opposed to the style I actually got ($150 vs $100 according to the price list on Booksy) despite accommodating for her mischeduling.
