Upon completion of your service 1/19/26, when you patted the top, you asked me will it get any flatter and I suggested if it does not get any flatter when you pull it up to the ponytail to your liking, I'd be more than happy to take it down and re-braid it extremely smaller so that it can get flatter to your liking. I reached out to you the next day 1/20/26, trying to accommodate and get you were going to come that same day at 3:30 PM then you text me back and said you wouldn’t be able to make it because you did not have enough time. I then text you and said whenever you’re ready and able to come reach out and I will take care of it for you. You left me on "read" for 12 days. Today I get this review from you. I’m sorry it didn’t work out with me trying to accommodate you.
