Booked appt online. Was first time trying this place. Was happy they were open on Sunday. Booked it for 630pm. Arranged my day around this appt. Walke...d in with my son and was greeted with, "We're closed."It was 615. There was someone in the chair and someone waiting. Said I have an appt at 630. He said with who with attitude. My mom booked the appt so I didn't know with who but told him the appt is under Kathlene. He just waved me over to sit down and wait. First of all, I shouldn't have been greeted like that. Secondly, I don't have to wait for a walk in when I have an appt. We left without a haircut! Will not be back. And now I see from other reviews this is a consistent issue with this business! Showed up more than 10 mins early to my appointment. No answer on the number on booksy or the number on the front of the shop. Waited 15 mins, with no... call or text as to if or when he would arrive. I don’t mind waiting, I would have waited longer if there was some communication. Show more
