While the service was great, I did NOT get what I asked for. I went in for a silk press, but what I got was closer to a really good blow out. It was i...ncredibly stiff and puffy from day 1. This was my second silk press at the salon and the quality between the first and second press was miles apart. I was burned during my first visit, but the silk press came out nicely, and lasted me almost an entire month, so I'm really disappointed that I can't say the same for this second visit. Show more
