First time at Avenue Cutz. My long-time spot was no longer convenient for me as they do not take appointments. I was very reluctant to change, but I ...definitely lucked out. Julio is an amazing hair stylist. I explained to him what style I was looking for, and he came thru flawlessly!! I was hyped about this appointment, I was looking for a new barber for at least the past year. I seen this guys cuts on a friend of mine and I was hig...hly impressed. Got to the appointment early, looks like i would have been the first cut of the day. 10:30 comes and goes. No barber, no call, no text. I left @ 10:40 frustrated and disappointed. No matter what kind of service you offer or what kinda business you run; you MUST show up on time!! If you cant; call, text, reach out somehow, let your clients know whats up. This brother calls me after 11, with his reason for not showing up. This may be cool for others but I do business like this. Show more
