Felicia got my daughter’s hair together!!!!! My daughter and I both have locs and have been looking for another loctician since the one we were going ...to recently closed their shop. I was referred to Felicia by one of my besties and was not disappointed!!!!! My daughter’s hair is low porosity but once Felicia was done you could not tell, her hair looked so moisturized and healthy. We did not feel rushed or neglected.
