Used to come to the guy consistently when he had a shop. He made two no calls no shows so I eventually just stopped going. Recently booked with him ag...ain and the appointment went well. Decided to book again a couple weeks ago, I pulled up the home. He wasn’t there no text/call. Responded 15mins late stating he lost track of time and he was leaving for a game so the appointment was cancelled… shit happens brushed it off. Decided to book again today and text him this morning confirming the appointment. He stated everything was good. Now a hour before the appointment without him notifying or giving reasoning he cancels, then charged my payment on file. Just unprofessional at this point, nothings changed with this guy. Show more
