Good morning Julia. I am sad to hear you’re displeased with your experience yesterday. I had thanked you for your patience and that I was sorry that I was running behind. I understand it didn’t take me very long to service you, but I do believe I took as much time needed as you said you were overall happy with your length, just wanted it cleaned up (mainly the length on top, crown specifically and edged around the back). Im glad to hear that there are no initial complaints regardingdid the haircut. I did turn you to the mirror to ask how it looked and felt for you and even made an adjustment to the crown area where your cowlick posed an issue for you. I'm really sorry this didn’t work out for you and I hope the best going forward.
