I booked a sleek ponytail for my daughter with Lydia. The cost on Booksy was $100 plus additional to wash hair. I arrived at the hair shop, Lydia stat...ed “it will cost $100 to wash my daughter’s hair and to do a silk wrap before doing the ponytail. So, the total cost would $180, which I agreed to the price. She rushed doing my daughter’s hair and I didn’t see her do any silk wrap on her hair. I seen her past the flat iron about couple times but it wasn’t a silk wrap, that paid an additional $100 for. I informed Lydia, I’m unhappy with the result. She rushed doing hair and this is not worth $180. The ponytail is so thick, it looks a clip on ponytail. The hair wasn’t flat iron good and the hair look so rough in the front. I will never go back. She did a horrible job. Show more

I apologize about the fact that you didn’t like your daughter hair. during the consultation I explained the process and the price and you still wanted me to style it because your daughter wanted that style. the texture of your daughter is very curly and extremely full, there is no way her ponytail could have been smaller. I’m willing to offer free treatment and a silk press to make up for it the misunderstanding.
