I booked a appointment for Saturday for Passion twist. She texted me Saturday morning at 4am and reschedule my appointment to Sunday at the last minut...e. I agreed and she apologize and told me she would discount me. Then Saturday night at 11pm she texted me and told me the office she does hair at is closed till Tuesday and she would have to cancel again. It was clear that she didn’t want to do my hair this weekend. This lady is super unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. I spend 70$ on the water wave hair and now she did this! Beware and don’t support/come to her. Giving her one star is me being generous. Show more
