Really 4.6 Alicia is a great person and Beautician, she seems very caring when it comes to her clients (my daughter) and we are never unsatisfied wit...h the reaults. I literally ha e gone through six different hairdresser and have told them all that my daughter is tender headed and she always had walked out almost in tears and suffering for the next week taking tylenol. Mot alicia though, from the first time to the last, my daughter walks out happy with her new dew(lol) and never has an issue with pain though. My only issue is that she is so busy(and that's good for her) that it's hard to get consistent appointments so I have to always have a backup. Show more
