Thank you for booking the service with me! but I do apologize that you feel as though my room was not clean enough. I do clean my room once a week but as far as my stock of nail supplies and my stock of jewels and charms, I do have a smaller room so I do have to store those in there as well to the best of my ability due to the high volume of clientele I have I have to keep a lot of charms and inventory in stock as far as the ventilation goes, I really don’t have any control over that. I do have a air purifier and I do keep the window open so that it doesn’t reek of nail chemicals but everyone in the shop do nails so I do the best I can with the smell I do apologize that you feel that way and if you have any problems with your nails and you were to reach out to me, I would’ve most definitely fix them for free of charge because I do take integrity of my work and I do want it to last as long as it can, I can give you a discount the next time you book just dm or hit me on my cell anytime!🩷
