It was my first time bringing my 10 year old son in for a cut. When he walked in, he was practically frowning because he was nervous that he wouldn't ...like how it would look because he likes length on the top and his last cut (at a different shop) didn't go how he wanted. Tom was really great with him! He was friendly and chatted with him while taking his time and checking in throughout to make sure that my son was happy. My son left with a smile on his face and wants to go back to Tom again next time! Show more
