I've been getting my hair cut by Candice for many of years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best barbers in town. The professionalism, at...tention to detail, and consistency are unmatched. Every visit is a great experience from the welcoming atmosphere to the precise, clean cuts that always exceed expectations. Candice takes the time to listen to exactly what you want, offer helpful suggestions when needed, and ensure you're completely satisfied before you leave. The shop is clean, well-organized, and appointments run on time, which I really appreciate. If you're looking for a skilled, reliable barber who truly cares about their craft and their clients, I highly recommend Candice. Although I have moved to Atlanta, but whenever I'm in Tallahassee I have to see her to get a decent haircut. I have been in Atlanta for 13 years and still have not found a barber who comes close to Candice. Show more

I gave 2 stars because the haircut was nice. My appointment was at 1:45 and I arrived at 1:55 so I was 10 minutes late, and that’s my fault I’ll own u...p to that. Also I should’ve called but I was just trying to hurry and get there ANYWAYS…i wait in the car for my son, and when he was finished he informed me briefly that Candice said something to him about being late, okay cool whatever so I went inside to apologize, because it was the right thing to do as a grown woman HOWEVER after leaving, my son broke everything down to me about the shadiness “barbershop talk” about being late. And when he asked if he should get me because she was going on and on about people being late ( in my words running off at the mouth talking sideways) she said “hell nah” and kept talking sideways. My whole thing is…come talk to me if there’s a problem or if you felt a way, address me, the one that drove him there. At the end of the day it’s a business and he’s a client! Why would you make him feel put on the spot and uncomfortable ?if he told you it was my fault that he was late and offered to get me when there’s so much talk but you said no then all that extra talk should have been ceased. Just like I walked in and apologized like a grown woman you could’ve addressed me about being late if it was a problem. instead, there was so much discourse about people being late after you put my child on the spot about being late! i can’t respect that.
