Not a very welcome vibe/attitude. I felt like I was intruding her space even though she was late to start my services. Quite uncomfortable throughout ...the appt w/ the way she kept bending my wrist & the comment she made about if I usually "go to the Vietnamese" because my "wrists were tight" Whatever that means. I noticed a few hours later my nail polish lifting completely off of one nail, i reached out to her about compensation or correcting the issue and I was promptly told off. Very unprofessional and a waste of my hard earned money. Dissatisfied is an understatement. Show more

I had a client on Thursday that booked on my website. She booked a spot that couldn't fit all her services onto that time. When she came to her appointment she still had polish on her nails so by her not adding it on to her services she made me run behind.... she wouldn't hold still plus her hands were very tight so that makes my hand and arm hurt really bad. I asked her where did she go for her services before the client said to the Vietnamese so I knew after she told me that. I finished up her services and thanked hers. Right after that she made a complaint on my website about my services which she should've spoke up before she left. I called her because a nail did chip on the side also alot of ppl do not hold there hands correctly under the uv lamp. I asked her why didn't she just called me before the complaint because I would have definitely fixed her nails. I let her know that how do you write a bad review but still want me to replace your nails that you actually said something bad about her service. Never once since I been on the app have I every had bad reviews. Now she's still texting me about her nail even though I said I would fix them. Thanks
