I have to admit my consultation with D she was very professional she seemed to be someone that I would choose to do my hair. So after the consultantio...n I left then she called me earlier before my appointment time, and I thought wow good, because she was recommended to me and she seems nice. You see I'm a 65 year old lady who needed someone to do my hair that I would choose to be my loc tension cause I like to stay with one person if they are going to do my hair and do a good job. Well everything went well at first I thought, but I notice that she did not talk to me throughout her doing my hair when I tried to strick up a conversation with her, cause I'm naturally a friendly and out going person who try and make others feel loved, and comforted. Well she was not like that with me as she seemed when I first met her, but as others would come in the business I notice that she would talk with them and was very friendly with them. So get this at the the end of her doing my hair, which I have to admit she washed it even though I had washed it before coming, she took her time and did a good job with my hair I thought, so I asked to see my hair and she gave me the mirror to look at my hair, and as I'm looking at my hair she snatched the mirror out of my hand seemly impatient with me why I do not know she just said let me put the styling gel on your edges. I was like something is wrong with this young lady, who I was considering being my loctician. I said to her are you alright she never responded or apologized, and I thought wow I have to pray for this young lady, because she needs lots of prayer to change her dark ways if she wants to keep her business going and be successful, because I am not a person who would wish ill will on no one especially on our young black business owners, but you can't treat people that way and not care how you treat them. I have to say that I was very upset with the way she treated me, she never asked if I wanted schedule another appointment upon leaving because she knows how she treated me, but I still tipped her because I'm a God fearing women that listens to my God who tells me to treat people the way you want to be treated, love your neighbor, and pray for your enemy. And he also says this battle is not yours it's mine, no weapon formed against you will prosper, and cast your cares on me, so that is what I choose to do follow God and listen to Him, than be moved by the devil. I do pray and wish her a long and prospers business , but you have to be mindful of how you treat your customers D and make them feel, especially the elderly ones like me. I'm happy to say that I found a really nice and friendly loctician one that repects her customers, she engages with you, she is kind and patient with you, and very considerate of how she treat you and make you feel, and even though I want be going back I do wish you/her well. Throughout my service to you I ensured you were comfortable and no tension was done to your hair. I provided detail instructions on how to maintain your hair in the process. Conversation between was had and though it was light I’m always polite and catering to you and all of my previous customers. ( READ MY REVIEWS BELOW) After your appointment was completed I again ask all the necessary questions to ensure you were satisfied with my service (no bad reviews were given) You checked your hair numerous of times in the mirror again satisfied with my work and customer service. Service was rendered and you left smiling setting your following appointment which is a few weeks away. Thank you for your honest opinion, constructive criticism will help build a more effective service within my business.
