On my way in I called PJ, and was sent to voicemail. I called to let him know the kiddos got out of school a little late and that i would be 5 mins la...te. Literally my appointment was at 11:45a, gps said eta 11:50a. Pj then texts me to say(at 11:40a), “Hello! I’m rushing* straight to you as we speak about 30 minutes” He says, his car cannot drive on the freeway and he can only travel by the streets. Mind you, I have a 3yo and an 11 month old with me. Long story short, I had my nephew sit with someone else who thank God was available while we were waiting. Shout out to Brandon Cion with Cion cuts. Pj texted me that he got to the shop at 12:40p, my nephew was already cut and we’re gone by that time. Pj did apologize later through text and did offer damage control, which he did not follow up on. So I waited to post this until after he did or did not follow through. This was my first time ever making an appointment with Pj, I was referred to him by another one of his clients. I will not schedule again with PJ Update: Pj did end up following through on the damage control after this posted. Show more

Pj possesses high-level skills, consulting with his clients to ensure their satisfaction. He made suggestions after I requested a taper fade. He provi...ded a crown to my taper, instead of tapering the fade straight across (the way most lazy barbers cut) I’ve already booked my second appointment with Pj. I strongly recommend booking your appointment with him, and get the hot towel, it’s extra but you’ll love it, I do! Show more
