I had a last minute haircut appointment scheduled and due to personal conflicts I needed to be out the chair by a certain time. He was honest telling ...me he did not think he would get me out the chair by my desired time prior to my haircut appointment giving me the opportunity to make a decision to keep it or reschedule or go somewhere else. I chose to keep it and once I was in the chair I tried his best to get me out by my desired time and he exceeded expectations. My true appreciation was not because of the quality of work he had done or getting me out in what I believe is an unfair ask on my part last minute but the integrity he had to be upfront with me telling me that he may not be able to accommodate my desired time and work hard to meet my ask. He has the best service in the business
