Absolute professional. I've been all over the world and there are few that have mastered the fade, and beards the way Pedro has. I usually do my own ...hair, but this was a reminder that sometimes you just need a professional to make it perfect. When you've put as much time and effort into a beard as I have (9 years) it's difficult to trust. But my trust wasn't misguided or misplaced, as he followed my wants and pulled out more info so he was clear and did it perfectly. The hot towel shave almost put me to sleep. He has an incredibly soft hand when shaving, so even tho my neck tends to get irritated, the glide on the razor was so perfect I didn't have a single nick of irritation. I'll never go anywhere else. Clean, welcoming, the conversation was interesting and comedic. My father and I had a really good moment together. Thank you. Customers for life. Show more
