Booked an appointment, received a booking confirmation as well as a reminder the day prior. Appointment was scheduled for noon, however upon arriving,... the door was locked and no one ever showed up. I understand that life happens however, please be mindful of clients time and being professional with a heads up would’ve been nice. Show more
