did her job but I thought she was a little rude. My appointment was for 10:30 for a weave removal I showed around 10:35 and she was working on two oth...er people. When she finished the first girl, I asked her when would she be ready for me and she said a couple mins. She asked if I was in a rush and I said kinda. But either way I had an appointment. She offered to give me my deposit back but I figured I will wait since I already drove down there and took time out of my day. I said that I wished I would have known that she was running late. I would have just stayed home and came later then. She said “ It’s a salon. Sometimes Appointments get backed up and go a little over. Everybody knows that.” Lol I guess I’m used to a different kind of professionalism. No point in having people book appointments if you aren’t going to honor the time. She started my hair a little after 11. She had a nasty attitude and the bottom of my hair was still a little dirty. Wont be back. Show more

I waited nearly 2 weeks to post a review because I wanted to see how my hair lasted. I got the platinum silk press with deep conditioning and trim. My... hair stayed laid (until it rained unexpectedly). I informed Nakita that I've been natural for a while and haven't had my hair straightened in a couple years so she took her time to make sure the silk press held. She didn't apply too much heat or product but my hair remained straight, had luster and movement. Overall, I had a positive experience, the salon was clean, the music was poppin' and the clientele were all professional women so the vibes were chill. This was my first time and I will be back. My only regret is that I didn't take better pictures because my hair looked so much better in person, I got so many compliments. Show more

I got my hair pressed and my hair itself is great, I love it! But my appointment was supposed to be 9-10:30, and I left after 12:40. She didn’t start ...pressing my hair until about 11:45 because she was doing another client and I was just sitting there. It felt rude and inconsiderate, what was supposed to take 1.5 hours took over 3.5. Show more

Today was a busy day for me. 2 Days before Thanksgiving and as you can see you wasn’t the only person getting your hair done for the Holiday.. But you didn’t mention in your review that I had to ask you at least 10x to hold your head up because you was texting & after that I ask you to put your phone down.. So maybe that is why you was there longer than you expected.. I also made sure you was already Washed, Condition, & blow dryed, while you was waiting for me to finish my 1st client..
