I recently visited Raquel's salon for a nail appointment, and the experience was utterly disappointing. Firstly, despite having a scheduled appointmen...t, I was made to wait for over an hour without any explanation or apology for the delay. When Raquel finally attended to me, her demeanor was unfriendly and rushed. It was evident that she had no regard for my time or satisfaction as a customer. The quality of her work reflected this haste, as the nails were sloppily done with evident signs of rushing. Furthermore, her attitude throughout the entire appointment was appalling. She displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. In summary, I would strongly advise against patronizing Raquel's salon. The unprofessionalism, poor service, and disrespectful attitude make it an establishment to avoid at all costs. Show more

Unfortunately that day of your appointment, two of our Nailtechs were sick, one hospitalized, and I was also sick…. Precisely out of professionalism and responsibility I did your nails that day. Of course we told you that I was late, and of course I apologized for what had happened, and I took care of it and you left on time. How do you want me to have a conversation with someone who was only mistreating me and speaking badly to me when I only wanted to provide a service? She wants people to kneel and apologize for something totally normal in a place of service and that she has already been asked to apologize several times. I do not humble myself before humans, the only one who deserves that is God. After 1-2 days I contacted you to talk to you and instead of talking like people, you continued trying to damage my business by giving more bad reviews, on different online sites. And while it is true that you are trying to persuade people about my business in the wrong way, it is also true that those of us who provide a service deserve humanity and respect from clients and do not need to feel humiliated and mistreated by people like you. And if you still want to talk, of course, like the person you are, check your messages, this is nothing personal, it's just a work situation that is normal and you want to classify it as a crime. I DO NOT GIVE APPOINTMENTS WITH EXACT TIME, I DO NOT HAVE EXPRESS SALON, read the policies that are sent with each appointment!
