Hi Erika, yes I did explain the process multiple times to you in hopes that we would come to an agreement or understanding as to why the price would differ from your originally booked services. I would hate for me to not meet your expectations or for the final price to not be within budget so I like to be thorough with my color correction consultations. If we are not able to come to an agreement then I do not move forward with the service. This is the way I have always done business and everyone gets a consultation prior to me beginning their services. I did my part in explaining the process countless times and each time you got more visibly annoyed with me. You had told me that your previous stylist did not nail the results you were after and I didn’t want to repeat their mistakes. I maintained a professional attitude even as you walked out on me mid sentence at the end. Customer service isn’t about me taking on every client that comes through the door. It’s about delivering accurate realistic results to the people seeking my services. It’s about being honest with the results that I am able to achieve for them. There’s a stylist out there for everyone and it’s okay if I’m not for you. I hope you can find a stylist that surpasses your expectations.
