I believe this past Thursday this was our 4th visit. The stylist is very talented; I won’t attempt to discredit that, however, this time she was an ho...ur late for our scheduled 12:30 appointment. At the point where I was notified, she was already running behind. I can’t speak for anyone else, but time is so precious these days that it just doesn’t sit well with my spirit that I lost an hour time that can’t be recovered. We have our own responsibilities and obligations which makes scheduling appointments necessary so there’s little to no conflict and we can tend to these things without unnecessary“interruptions”. I’m a reasonable person, but a very honest one too. I understand unexpected circumstances and/or emergencies come up, but I’m almost sure that wasn’t the case here. As a former stylist; licensed for over 25 years, It’s important that stylist hold themselves to the same level of accountability they hold their clients. That overall, is what keeps us coming back. If nothing else, it demonstrates a mutual level of appreciation and respect. Show more
