**Edit** After I make a review, Miss JuJu then comes on here to say that I am a liar! My appt was at 12:30 & I arrived at 12:27!! This business not go...ne prosper if you bash potential customers in reviews! And the fact that you can make a bold face LIE bc you messed up... good luck sis & no need to respond again! Had to cancel my appointment after an hour of waiting for her to finish another customer whom she still wasn't finished with after waiting an hour. Appointment was at 9 i stood outside her shop for 37mins before getting let in her assistant came to blow dry my hair she didn't arrive until 10 start...ed my hair at 10:23 nd was finished at 12:58 i felt my hair was rushed cuz she was behind!!!! And trying to make sure she got to her other client which she had to change their time to 1:00 work space was dirty she kept texting her assistant was helping her braid the hair down and was not braiding all the way to the end or adding any pieces braids was not trimmed was told "thats what the hot water is for" payment was 240 with 20 off bcuz she was late!!! Never been to a shop that dont trim the weave fly aways it was supposed to be waist length that is a lie my braids are all different lengths she is just there to rush and make her money the braids are neat but spaces are bigger than expected 🥱🥱 if your looking for a quick way to get knotless and your hair won't be trimmed she is your go to person! She rather not finish the job and see you once than make sure you leave satisfied. Show more

everything you said was a lie! I don’t even understand why you would sit here and make up a whole lie to make me look bad. I got to the shop at 9:38 and start your hair exactly at 10pm & got done at 1pm which is 3 hours (the site says the style would take 3 hours) so how did I rush? There was no need to rush if I just asked my client to come at a later time, meaning I had more than enough time to finish your hair. You wanted me to clip the SMALLEST pieces of hair which I refused to do. You wait to say this online but was in my chair laughing and talking. And I’m a braider so of course it’s going to be hair everywhere.
