Thanks for your feedback. I want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this. You booked 3 appointments through Booksy. As I do with any client who books multiple slots, I reached out via text on Tuesday to confirm your Friday appointments. That message went unanswered because the number listed on your Booksy profile was incorrect. When we spoke on the phone the day of your appointment, I explained that I tried to reach out in advance and even sent you a screenshot of the message I sent. You were upset and raised your voice, but I remained calm and professional. I understand the importance of getting a haircut, but the issue began with incorrect information you entered. You chose to cancel all 3 appointments and were not charged. You never received a service, yet still left a 1-star review. It’s unfortunate to be rated this way when I did everything I could to communicate, confirm, and protect my schedule. Situations like this can make professionals look bad when the facts say otherwise.
