Booked 2 haircuts weeks in advance. My middle son got a cut on the 8/4 before returning to Morehouse and when my youngest son’s mom took him on 8/8, t...he space was empty. She arrived early and thought, maybe he’s just late. That wasn’t the case. I called and texted after she reached out to me. We received no call, no text, no apology. However, if I no showed I would have been charged. We gotta do better. No accountability. I’m extremely disappointed.

This client is absolutely correct. I dropped the ball on communicating, and I take full responsibility for that. Friday night, my wife and I were out to dinner when we realized she was bleeding. We just had our baby less than two months ago, so I immediately took her to the hospital. We were there through the weekend and just got discharged late last night. In the middle of everything, I failed to communicate, and I sincerely apologize. You’re also right Booksy holds clients accountable for no-call/no-shows, and I should be held to that same standard. This is definitely not normal for me. I take my work and my clients seriously, but seeing my wife in that situation honestly scared me, and everything else became secondary in that moment. Still, I should have communicated. If you’ll allow me to make it right, I’d like to offer you and your kids free haircuts for a month. I fumbled this one, and I own it. My apologies to you and your family.
