We had an excellent experience at Maui Barber Shop. We took our 3 year old son to get a "big boy haircut" and he was less than thrilled. Kayla was mor...e than patient with us as we got him settled and she was very quick, calm and talented at cutting hair of a squirmy little one. I will definitely go back next time he needs his hair cut and highly recommend them to anyone with little boys looking to get their hair cut! Show more

We were charged for separate hair trim and beard trim for my Kapuna disabled husband....usually receive these two services together as only a trim...n...ot a razor shave! Very disappointed to pay $70. + Tip for this! Show more

Understand that you’re upset but can't understand why. Always happy to find resolution and wish you brought your issue up at the shop, to work things out then, before making things public. You wanted two services and were charged accordingly; kapuna cut and beard trim were both $35 giving a $70 total. Straight razor shaves are $45. I don’t understand why you would expect a free service. Please contact the shop if there is something we have overlooked or misunderstood to make things right if necessary. Take care.
