I was excited about my color consultation as I'd seen this salon's work both online and in person. It was highly recommended that I come here for colo...r. However, I never received a Zoom link or a call for my consultation. I called 4 times and left 2 voicemails, and I also tried emailing with no response. I was really bummed out as I was hoping to make a big change for my upcoming birthday. Her work speaks for itself, but I can't recommend the virtual consultation. Show more

Follow up: I explained that my client at the time was receiving color services that ran into this completely FREE virtual consultation. Color chemical services will always be more important to handle then a FREE consultation of a future appointment. Called the next day and had the consultation. In case this happens to anyone going forward, just leave a VM and I will get back to you. Thank you!
