I took it out the twist was not the same size and different length. The ends were coming down and people did not have anything nice to say. I paid f...or a hairstyle that lasted 2 hours. One star for being polo. The work place was hostile already and I want talk about other things going on. Also time it says I am a no so it was not me it was her. Lets be real about your professionalism you up charged me and I let it go. I had a appointment that you slept through after you changed it. Your work must I report anything else. Show more

When I turn you to the mirror you said you like your hair. You were even getting compliments from people in the shop. I reached out to you to help and fix it but no reply. Clients know I will go out my way to make sure they like the style. For you to take them down completely is crazy to me and completely waste of time and money.
