No one showed up for my 9am appointment and I waited until 9:45am. Very Bad service ! Yes it do say two different times which I did not book two different times it did it on its own. I did have two different services that i wanted for 9am. You...

Service here at Truth Beauty Bar is GREAT!!! When booking online it is important to not double-book. You booked 2 different times and then did a reschedule for 10:30 I gave you my number to call me but you want to continue to go back and forth on my reviews. I can’t get a call through to you. I am using a new form of booking. Notifications don’t come to my phone as far as messages. However, I do apologize for the inconvenience. My booking shows 2 manually entered appointments by you. I sent an email cancelling your 9 AM appointment through booksy. After giving a good review you came back and gave a bad review for miscommunication. I’ll take that..
