This was the 4th time out of the last 5 appointments that my sons, & my daughter, Allie, have had, that there was some payment or booking complication... or "emergency issue" that has come up unexpectedly at the same exact time as our appts, that has caused Ace to have to double charge my Daughter's credit card, and/or have to postpone or rescheduled (or in this case) cancel out on us, all together, with an hour or less notice?! I can understand and forgive once... or twice... or even THREE TIMES... having these "unexpected" billing inconveniences or family issues happen. But it's just unprofessional that FOUR(4) times in a row, & at all 3 of his last 3 barbershop locations, that these last minute unprofessional issues have canceled or delayed our appts, or cost us extra money, without correcting the problem?! It's just CONSISTENT bad business. SADLY, We have had to find a more RELIABLE & professional Barber, right up the street at Urban Cutz. I say "sadly" because as you can see from all of his "friends" & associates that have given him "five star" ratings on here, he CAN be an amazing and talented Barber. We have followed him from his last 3 Barbershops that he's had to move from-to, hoping that these issues might improve... But ACE just doesn't SHOW UP for OUR appointments, that he schedules, dependably enough, for us.🤷‍♀️ Good Luck to you Mr. Ace. I hope things improve with all of your extenuating circumstances. I’m sorry you want your appts to come before my son & family but my son will always come first when it come to my job ... not to mention I contacted you a hr before your appt & let you know what was going on .... I’m tired of having to keep my mouth closed when it come to situations like this ....I can see if I didn’t show up at all but I contacted you & let you know I had a situation with my son going on ... so to leave me a long book & a bad review over a family situation is not coo .... not to mention the last time you came wasn’t my fault your son couldn’t find our building which is not my fault because all my info is on the app but your sons showed up super late .... did I have & isssue with that ? Tbh You can go & find a new barber sorry for inconvenience‼️
