Edit: she was sick, and it looks like Booksy was at fault because they didn't notify her. She called to apologize and offered a complimentary cut (whi...ch I won't likely take her up on because no one should have to work for free), but she was still super nice about it. I can't delete the review, or I would. I showed up at the appointment time (5:45pm), and the whole place was closed, the "open" sign off. I had scheduled the appointment at 2 that day, so there was plenty of time to let me know that the salon was closing early and cancel the appointment. I called the number on the window and no one answered. I checked the Google hours, and it was supposed to be open until 7:30. Show more
