Tiffany was nice until I told her I didn’t like my hair. Then she became rude and dismissive like I was not paying her $220 to do my hair. I got a sew... in dropped off the closure 3 days prior which was a waste of time because she did not plucked it and she cut my weave without asking. I just ended up telling them to take it off. I was getting my hair done for my birthday she ruined my birthday and wasted my time. Don’t waste your time. Don’t be mad because I refused to be treated like shit for a service I was paying for. Yes I texted you to let you know you ruined my day but for HOURS? Makes you a liar on top of being rude. I treated your staff like trash? God sees you and your lies. And keep your fake birthday wishes to yourself you already ruined it by your unprofessionalism. Why would I pay for something I did not like? And I was told if I did not like it they would take it out it was taken out so why would I pay you? $220 of my hard earned money for nothing? $220 is not $2.20 Show more

My stylist was janice ... I was not happy at all i went in for a silk press ... for 80$ I had the opportunity to ask for edge control to fix the edge...s because she didnt even touch them, no oil sheen, then she parted my hair in the middle so i uad to fix that.. then she does my daughter hair i ask her why is her hair so puffy and i could still fill her roots are curled up she ignored me asking and said what side i want her part on... i got my baby out her chair tried to fix what she called a silk press much more like a blow out paid and left.... 160$ down the drain... And she move slow as hell ... I will book again just not with her because i have been here before and my hair always comes out slayed but my stylist was always Tiffany... Show more

Sorry you feel that way. I asked if you’d like for me to touch up your hair and you went to the mirror and did things yourself. You never allowed me to adjust or fix anything. Even with your daughter.
