Wow! I have never felt the need to have to defend my craft but when I feel like someone has been dishonest about the service they received I have no choice. Considering the condition of your hair and the breakage that you had going in due to possible lack of care I’m surprised I was able to obtain the outcome that I did. I never gave you the impression that you couldn’t be honest about the cut but you said it was what you wanted. If for some reason you got home and experienced something different than you did in the two gigantic mirrors I have then I would've been perfectly fine with you reaching out and I would have attempted to fix whatever you felt was incorrect. But that offer still stands, if you fell like you didn’t get what you paid & (TIPPED) for please allow me to correct it for you.
