Como primera experiencia, opté por el servicio premium esperando un estándar alto, pero el valor percibido no correspondió al precio pagado. Aunque el... resultado final del corte fue correcto, la ejecución se sintió acelerada. El bloque de tiempo fue de solo una hora y la transición hacia el siguiente cliente fue abrupta, pidiéndome moverme antes de que el servicio estuviera completamente culminado. Elementos de hospitalidad como los snacks o bebidas llegaron de manera tardía y no al inicio de la sesión. Considero que el trato fue idéntico al de una tarifa estándar; vale la pena ajustar la logística y los tiempos de atención para que el cliente premium perciba la exclusividad por la que está pagando
