Why I rate a one star is no reflection on the beauticians skills, its her professionalism! Cancelled appt as my color wasn’t what I envisioned and tha...t was done privately. However, Adrienne felt compelled to reach out to an acquaintance to contact my friend to discuss my appt. cancellation. What makes matters worse shw called my friend , cursed me out, lied about services she did not perform, and I only had one visit…Customers have a right to cancel for whatever reason….simple. I didn’t go on IG to discredit her service,! I tried to be graceful with my cancellation! Having a social media following doesn’t make you a professional. Ignorance is a BLISS. I’ve been getting my hair done over 30 years, some happy and not! Have never experienced this with a beautician in my life. Come to your business platform? You took it there! I addressed you in a private matter and you decided to involve people that had nothing….to do with this at all. So don’t make it seem like I attached you on a social platform. You should of accepted my cancellation , and not call people on a three way phone call like some high school students . This is why now I rated the cancellation process , not your skills. Show more
