I had an appointment at 12:45 on 2/16. I arrived at 12:43 and the stylist had a client in her chair and told me to wait in my car until the client sh...e was working on walked out. Ok No problem. I decided to leave after I waited in my car for 25 minutes which could have been longer had I stayed. Stylist should give the curtesy of letting clients know if they’re running behind because if “we” (clients) are late we have to pay an additional fee and/or our appointment is cancelled. When they do it, we’re supposed to be ok with it with zero compensation or apology. This was unacceptable and very unprofessional! Show more

As a courtesy, you would’ve received $20 off your service that day, for the inconvenience that this may have caused. To my dismay, you had already left the premises when I walked out to get you. Unfortunately, running behind schedule was unforeseen. Otherwise, I would've messaged you in advance. This would've been your 1st appointment with me, so I don't expect for you to know how this salon operates. Due to servicing clients with hair/scalp issues, I only allow one client in at a time for privacy reasons. I take pride in giving each client that sits in my chair, a private, professional, unrushed and personable experience. Sometimes, this may interfere with the next appointment. Again, thank you so much for leaving this review💖 and I hope you find the salon that better fits your needs.
