Went for a trim and some layers. A large chunk of my hair was chopped off at the front, layers were not blended well. Felt like crying when I saw it. ...To be fair, I didn't say anything when I was there. I was embarrassed and afraid of confrontation. I ended up going to another salon the next day to salvage what we could. The chunk that was chopped made it nearly impossible to fix without significantly chopping the rest of my length. I had an appointment for my daughter scheduled later in the week, but I canceled due to how my badly hair turned out. Show more
